Candle Care

Candle Care: the following information will help to ensure safe use and longevity of your candle.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep burning candle away from drafts, furnishings and anything that could catch fire
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Always position on a solid, level, stable, heat resistant surface
• Candle containers heat up when alight, do not touch the container until it has cooled
• Never move a burning candle or handle the candle when alight
• Always trim the candle wick to 6mm (1/4 inch) before each use
• Ensure the candle is free of contaminants before lighting (e.g. wick offcut or match debris)
• NEVER burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time
• Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• When burning the candle for the first time, allow the candle to burn until the wax has melted to the edge of the container, this will help ensure an even burn (never burn for more than 4 hours ata time. 
• Always use your candle and/or melts in a well ventilated area away from drafts.
